The two-year full-time & three-year part-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM),  two-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDM-HRM)  and the two-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) of this Institute are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India.

Since XIMB is an autonomous Institute not affiliated to any university, it does not grant degrees. However, our two year Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Management and  two-year Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Management (PGDRM) recognised by the Association of Indian University (AIU) as equivalent to an MBA degree of an Indian University.
