International Journal of Development and Social Research focuses on Development and Social issues.

The Journal is a bi-annual peer reviewed research journal of the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar, (XIMB), India. The journal is committed to encourage both theoretical and empirical research in the field of development studies, studies on environmental changes, anthropological and other issues related to social research.

IJDSR attempts to include original and well articulated research work on the above mentioned areas. The journal includes the following sections: articles, research notes, book reviews and dataset. The articles would pertain to any field or topic having relevance to economic and social development.We look forward contributions from academicians who are working in these areas.
