The Institute conducts Management Development Programmes in all functional areas of management. XIMB offers short-duration MDPs, designed to provide state-of-the-art training to update the knowledge of managers whose formal education was completed some years ago. The fully equipped Management Development Centre at XIMB has well furnished air-conditioned rooms with round the clock internet connectivity. It has four training halls with the latest training aids, two executive lounges, a spacious air conditioned dining hall and a multi cuisine kitchen. Facilities for tennis, basketball, volley ball, table tennis and badminton are available. Participants can also avail of the library facilities in the Institute while on campus. The MDC encourages visiting executives to stay on campus to take the best advantage of the most serene and peaceful environment.
